- 1 cup pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)
- 1 cup espresso or strong brewed coffee (cooled)
- 24 ladyfingers
- Pumpkin spice or shaved chocolate for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Pumpkin Mascarpone Mixture: In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, pumpkin spice, and sugar until smooth.
- Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold it into the pumpkin mixture.
- Soak the Ladyfingers: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the espresso or coffee and lay them at the bottom of your serving dish.
- Layer the Tiramisu: Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the soaked ladyfingers. Add another layer of ladyfingers and top with the remaining pumpkin mixture.
- Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Before serving, dust with pumpkin spice or shaved chocolate.
